Title of article: 06. Applying cognitive flexibility theory to teaching preschool management profession
Summary: Abstract: Improving management competence of education managers is the key task to enhance quality of education and training in Vietnam today. In this article, author presents one of effective tools of education management – Cognitive Flexibility theory. Applying this theory to teaching preschool management profession is to improve competence of education managers at preschools with aim to meet requirements of reality.
