Title of article: 10. USING TEXTBOOKS TO DESIGN LESSONS TOWARDS LEARNER’S COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT FOR TEACHING HISTORY AT HIGH SCHOOLS
Summary: Abstract: Designing lessons plays an important role in success of teaching in class. Designing lessons can be considered as scripting a screenplay in which teachers play like actors or actresses and students like audiences. This work includes many tasks such as identifying learning goals, determining contents, organising learning activities, determining facilities, assessing and assigning homeworks. This article mentions the use of textbooks to design lessons towards learner’s competence development for teaching History at high schools.
