Title of article: 11. SOME METHODOLOGICAL REQUIREMENTS OF USE MEASURES BOOKS TEXTBOOKS IN TEACHING HISTORICAL STUDIES HIGH SCHOOL GENERAL INFORMATION GENERAL DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENT CAPACITY
Summary: Textbooks in general - and high school history textbooks in particular - are specialized instruments designed for students to study in class and self-study at home. Textbooks also function as an essential basis for teachers to prepare lessons and conduct lectures in class. From the perspective of developing learners’ abilities approach, use of textbooks must follow orienting requirements, based on which teachers would derive optimal methods in organizing pedagogically interactive activities between teachers and textbooks, teachers and students, students and textbooks. It is necessary to ensure that such optimal methods demonstrate synthetically pedagogic science, subject’s idiosyncrasy, and the reality. These serve as a renewed approach to the methodology of teaching history in high school.
